Chris has a proven track record of driving growth and transformation. As the Director who led Digital Transformation & Agile at Mekong from 2017 to 2019, he significantly advanced investee companies. Under his leadership at Pharmacity, the membership program skyrocketed from a few thousand to millions within a year, demonstrating his ability to rapidly scale operations. At F88, he successfully slashed the lead time from application to disbursement from three hours to less than 30 minutes, highlighting his expertise in streamlining processes and enhancing efficiency.
At Techcombank, Chris led a comprehensive digital transformation that resulted in the bank consistently achieving a net profit after tax (NPAT) of $1 billion annually. His tenure at HD Bank mirrored these triumphs, with a fivefold increase in active users and a seismic shift towards digital transactions, cementing his legacy of delivering impactful results.
