In nearly 20 minutes, Nhat Tin Logistics representatives including Mr. Nguyen Van Tu, Chairman of the Board cum CEO; Mr. Pham Van Huong, Senior HR Manager of the Southern Region, discussed their development journey and how they overcame difficulties when the logistics industry was nearly “paralyzed” due to Covid-19.
Specifically, in 2014, when Vietnam’s logistics industry was still in its infancy, Nhat Tin Logistics was established with the mission of solving transportation challenges for businesses. From the beginning, the company built a network system covering all 63 provinces, with more than 100 postal offices after just one year.
By 2015, the company achieved revenue of 100 billion VND and quickly established partnerships with major corporations like The Gioi Di Dong, FPT Shop, Samsung, setting the foundation for dramatic growth of 300% in 2016. However, when facing pressure from expansion and development planning, the leadership team recognized the need for a strong corporate culture. Nhat Tin established core values including “Responsibility, Honesty, and Fighting Spirit” as guiding principles for operations.
During 2020-2021, when the Covid-19 pandemic broke out, causing serious disruptions in the logistics industry. While many businesses had to reduce staff to survive, Nhat Tin maintained its workforce of over 3,000 personnel. The core values were strongly promoted, becoming the strength that helped the company overcome the crisis. All staff not only maintained operations but also supported the community and customers during this challenging period.
The highlight of this strategy is the human factor, considered the center of all decisions. Mr. Nguyen Van Tu shared: “We believe that investing in people is not just a responsibility but also a way to create internal strength, helping the company reach further.”

Thanks to the people-centric strategy, Nhat Tin not only maintained operations but also achieved revenue of 1,000 billion VND in 2021, while being honored in the Top 10 Outstanding Brands in Asia-Pacific.
The changes didn’t stop at people but extended to technological and operational improvements. Over the past two years, Nhat Tin Logistics has implemented numerous digital solutions to optimize delivery processes and cargo management.
In parallel, new initiatives were launched by the company to meet specific market needs. For example, the “fast but safe” delivery service with strict quality control standards has helped the company build trust with both business and individual customers.
The representative further shared that Nhat Tin’s journey has also been driven by support from strategic partners like Mekong Capital. Investment was not just financial; Mekong Capital also brought management solutions, goal setting, and long-term vision shaping. This helped Nhat Tin transform from a family model to a professional enterprise, aiming for sustainable development.
After nearly a decade, the enterprise has made its mark in the domestic transportation industry. Notably, for two consecutive years (2023-2024), the company has been ranked among Vietnam’s Top 100 Best Places to Work. This achievement is clear evidence of the company’s philosophy of investing in people – the core factor helping Nhat Tin maintain steady progress on its development journey, despite challenges.
