Role Purpose

The Head of HR is a senior leader who is committed to the Company’s vision and mission and has the ability to lead, build, and implement HR strategies in line with the Company’s business strategy to realize the mission, vision, and culture of the organization.

The Head of HR is an advisor to the CEO and management team on people-centered activities, including total compensation, attraction, recruitment, talent training and development, organizational development, and corporate culture.

Key Accountabilities

1. Building and Implementing a comprehensive Human Resources strategy

  • Be responsible for developing comprehensive human resources plans and strategies for Vua Nệm to achieve the company’s vision goals by 2027.
  • Direct and manage team members and departments within the Human Resources department to achieve set goals and plans, maximizing human potential development, ensuring employee rights, and ensuring sufficient positions within the company’s structure:
  • Compensation & Benefits (C&B): Build incentive compensation mechanisms to truly motivate and enhance the team’s work efficiency, continuously adapting to the company’s changes to achieve its goals.
  • Recruitment & Human Development: Responsible for recruiting all personnel within the company, from high-level C-level positions to providing high-quality human resources for the Business, Logistics, and Business Support departments.
  • Talent Development: Design and coordinate the talent development journey from recruitment to training, and onboarding programs, helping new employees quickly engage with the culture, contribute value to the company, commit long-term, and have a journey towards happiness in their work.
  • Corporate Culture Development: Build and develop corporate culture and internal communications: convey the integration of vision, mission, and core values to all employees, helping employees own the vision and connect personal vision with the company’s vision.
  • Administrative Management: Direct and manage administrative work, providing internal administrative services.

2. Building and Developing Management Team:

  • Plan career development to build a management team aligned with the company’s organizational structure.
  • Design training programs for leadership and management positions within the company. Connect and attract the most suitable external training experts worldwide and in Vietnam.
  • Identify core competencies for the management team that are suitable for each development stage.

Key Requirements

  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in equivalent positions in companies with a workforce of 500 employees or more.
  • Proficient in Labor Law, Personal Income Tax Law, Health Insurance Law, and Social Insurance Law, with knowledge and skills in human resources management.
  • Experience in recruiting talents and senior leaders
  • Experience and knowledge of organizing activities to achieve goals (OKR; BSC; KPI).
  • Excellent communication and interaction with all departments to help them integrate and retain talents.
  • Ability to listen actively and connect with people strongly.
  • Have strong business acumen and numeric sensitivity.
  • Strong action-oriented, results-oriented thinking.
  • Working time: 8:30 a.m. – 6:00 p.m., from Monday to Friday every week
  • Work location: Ocean Park Building, No. 1 Dao Duy Anh, Dong Da, Hanoi.

Preferred:

  • Fluent in English (listening, speaking, and writing).
  • Experience in training & development for the management team.
