In the 1990s, Saigon was a city filled with dust, smoke, and a chaotic blend of burning sun and flooding rain. Amidst the bustling streets, a young girl named Trang Tran helped her mother with their “retail” business in District 5. One particularly difficult afternoon, overwhelmed by disappointment, she found solace in tears, hugging her pillow tightly. In that moment of despair, a miracle occurred. A young foreign man with gentle eyes and a friendly smile approached her, and he extended his hand: “Hello, how are you?”

His kindness left an indelible mark on Trang, inspiring her to excel academically and achieve professional success. For nearly 20 years, Trang’s work has centered around connecting, consulting, and training individuals to enhance their career opportunities and overall happiness. She finds joy in following a candidate’s career journey, appreciating their personal stories, and treating each candidate as a long-time friend.
