Vuong Thi Huyen Nga is driven by a deep commitment to people’s development. Her philosophy centers on nurturing a positive world where individuals experience freedom, wholeness, and happiness.

As People Advisor for Mekong Capital, Nga assists Mekong Capital and its investee companies with her expertise in recruitment, to ensure companies have reliable management teams that are aligned with and capable of executing their visions and business objectives.

Nga brings extensive experience from her 16-year career in executive search and HR advisory services in a total of 29 years of working. In 2010, as Country Head at Odgers Berndtson, a Top 10 global executive search firm, she led operations and strategy focused on delivering high-caliber leadership talent for clients.

Later, in 2012, she founded RGF Executive Search Vietnam and was the only local and female Country Managing Director within the whole group of Recruit Group (Japan) – Top 4 global HR advisory service worldwide. She was also the only local legal representative of the group in Vietnam. She achieved break even in the first year and year-on-year growth of between 120%-150%.

After RGF, Nga transitioned into roles as a Business Advisor, Business/Executive Coach, HR Advisor while maintaining her expertise as a seasoned Executive Search Partner and focused on building and improving organizational efficiency for a number of local and international companies.

Nga’s academic background, including a Master’s degree in Human Resources & Employment Development from the International Institutes of Social Studies – Erasmus University Rotterdam, the Netherlands, equips her to excel in people development.

Since joining Mekong Capital in March 2024, Nga’s contribution has driven significant transformation. She improved the recruiting team’s effectiveness by 40% within six months, setting a new market standard for C-level talent acquisition in Vietnam.
